  2. You agree to treat this software as confidential, and will not publish or otherwise disclose information about this Software.
  3. As prerelease code, you understand that this software is not at the level of a final, generally available product release. Software may not operate correctly and may be substantially modified before the first official release.
  4. Software is provide "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any damage whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use Software.
